Welcome to Warshire Online (Reborn)
Warshire is an online, browser based resource management and battle game, where you must develop your own forces while staggering the economies and abilities of opposing players.
Players are each awarded a County, each of which is a member of a Kingdom. Each Kingdom elects a King, which is one of its own Counties. Basically, whichever player (county) has the most "Support for Kingship" is the King.
The game is based off of 'Ticks', which are units of advancement that occur every 'x' minutes (The game you signed up on will display how often ticks occur in its login area).
When a tick occurs
- Your requested resources or units are bought/acquired
- Your income or deficit for a tick is applied (click "Your County" to view this)
- Any Spells, Theft Operations, War Room battles/returns or structure 'time remaining' are reduced by one.
Vote for a King
To choose a County for your support (It can be yourself), click "Your Kingdom" on the left sidebar and then click "Support" next to the county that should be king. Showing your support for Kingship is something you should do early as it shows both your tenacity, eagerness and understanding of the game.
Being the king shows your name differently when viewing a kingdom, it also allows you to moderate the kingdom forums. As well, kings get to decide which alliance your kingdom is a part of and can vote on which king is alliance leader (NOTE: Alliances have yet to be implemented!).
Start your economic growth
Now, the basic objective from the beginning is to boost your income and lower your expenses; have more gold, wood and other resources coming in and out of your county. To do this you sometimes need to release units from your service that you may no longer need, or build more income-generating buildings. Each race has it's own strategy, so do yourself a favor and read the tutorials for each of them!
Relax, you're safe... for now
Lastly, you are currently in 'noob mode'; after a certain amount of ticks you will join the rest of the Kingdom and will be able to attack (And be attacked) by anyone in any kingdom. We suggest you attack counties in the other Kingdoms as your King may order fiery death upon you if you attack those within your kingdom.
